Pic for today is to remind me of my committment to exercise! I am SO very glad I ran into Grace Ann in the lobby of the Y a couple of weeks ago, and found out that she and Fran go to the 9 am class every Monday and Wednesday. I am now meeeting them up there - I really really really needed that accountability. I am also going to Stroller Fit on Fridays. Last week, I only made it to stroller fit b/c of conflicting appointments, but that is not a typical week. See you tomorrow, Y!
love this shot and all the garden ones, too! You go with the exercise! I know how you feel..I need someone to be accontable to as well. So easy to just not do it!
